Emilie froze at first until she gradually got her arms around him. She closed her eyes and sighed, "I haven't been hugged in a long time!" She smiled.

David entertained himself with the flower on the table out of boredom, not paying attention to anyone in particular.

January watched him for a few seconds then walked gracefully up to the stage when her name was called. "Hello, everyone. I trust that you are all having a wonderful night?"

Emilie pulled away, frowning a bit.

David snapped up to the stage as he heard her voice. He didn't really notice her leave.

January smiled brightly and took her award. She made her speech. "Next up is best performing actor."
